Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Looking for an experienced Emirati Project Coordinator to support Project Management and governance of software implementation projects. This is a hands-on coordination role working closely with the Project Manager, business teams, and vendors, for implementation of business applications such as Salesforce CRM, e-Invoicing Solution and other AI based applications.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day execution of multiple digital projects

  • Track plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies

  • Drive follow-ups with internal teams and external vendors

  • Work on project status reports and steering updates

  • Support workshops, UAT, go-live activities, and documentation

  • Thorough documentations such as RAID logs, decision logs, minutes and other project governance artifacts

  • Flag risks and delays early with clear facts

Desired Candidate Profile

.Qualifications

  • 5 - 6 years experience in project coordination or junior PM roles.

  • Experience supporting technology or digital projects.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
