Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Project Management Oversee all IT-related projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • ERP Solution Management Coordinate between internal users and external ERP vendors for support, updates, and issue resolution. Manage new customization and development requests for ERP solution. Ensure proper testing, implementation, and training for ERP changes and upgrades.
  • SPMS Oversee the development and maintenance of SPMS Handle change management requests and manage the software development lifecycle. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize software updates.
  • Vendor Management Collaborate with external vendors for ERP and other software-related services. Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).


Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
