Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Promote and sell IT products, software, and services
- Meet sales targets and revenue goals
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Negotiate pricing and close deals
- Maintain relationships with existing clients (account management)
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution design and implementation
- Track market trends, competitors, and new technologies
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of IT products and solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Prospecting and lead-generation skills
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- CRM software proficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in sales, preferably in technology or solutions selling
- Certifications in relevant technologies are an advantage
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Sales revenue and quota achievement
- Number of new clients acquired
- Customer retention rate
- Pipeline value and conversion rate
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience in sales, preferably in technology or solutions selling
Certifications in relevant technologies are an advantage
