Roles & Responsibilities


Job Purpose

To manage and grow key client accounts while driving sales of our IT solutions through strong relationship management and technical understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Managment

  • Build & Nurture Relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Directors) through strategic engagement
  • Proactive Issue Resolution: Act as the first line of defense for client concerns, ensuring swift solutions
  • Strategic Business Reviews: Conduct quarterly performance assessments to drive continuous ROI

Sales Growth

  • Target Execution: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas through consultative selling
  • Unlock Potential : Identify hidden upsell/cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts
  • New Business Hunting: Expand market footprint through strategic outreach

Technical Coordination

  • Tech Translator: Explain IT fundamentals (CPUs/GPUs, NVMe/SATA SSDs) in business terms
  • Infrastructure Expertise: Articulate value of servers, storage, and networking solutions
  • Seamless Collaboration: Bridge communication between clients and technical teams

Project Management

  • End-to-End Oversight: Manage project lifecycles from proposal to deployment

  • Customer-Centric Handover: Ensure 100% satisfaction at project closure
Requirements
  • Education
    Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field

Experience

  • 6-8 years in sales/account management
    IT/technology sales experience preferred

Skills

  • Strong relationship management

  • Excellent communication abilities

  • Basic IT technical knowledge

  • Time management and organization

  • Negotiation and closing skills
