Were Hiring Sales Manager / Senior Business Development Executive/ BDM (Software/Product Sales)

Location: Sector 63, Noida (Onsite)

Salary: Up to 12 Lac CTC (Fixed )+ Performance-Based Variable + High Incentives

Open for International Travel


We are looking for a target-driven Sales Professional to drive software & product sales for our custom-built digital solutions and services.


What Youll Be Doing:


Generate leads and close deals for B2B/B2C custom tech products

Build relationships with new clients (Both Domestic and International Market)

Present solutions, understand business pain points, and convert them into product demos & requirement discussion meetings for BA /Onsite Team

Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets

Coordinate with product and delivery teams for solution alignment

High earning potential with best incentives

Exposure to a wide variety of digital solutions and SaaS products


Who Should Apply:


1-5 years of experience in software/product/IT service sales

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, aggressive closer with strong follow-up

Open to freshers with sales aptitude and learning mindset
