Roles & Responsibilities

Smart Link Trading LLC is a growing IT solutions provider based in Dubai, offering a wide range of technology products and services including IT hardware, software solutions, networking, cloud services, and technical support. We serve both corporate and SME clients by delivering tailored technology solutions that help businesses grow and operate efficiently.

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in hotels and large organizations to drive sales of networking and IT solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the hospitality and enterprise sectors.
  • Promote and sell a full range of IT and networking products, including servers, switches, routers, Wi-Fi systems, PABX, IP telephony, and IPTV.
  • Meet with clients, consultants, and contractors to understand technical and operational requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, including pricing, technical specifications, and ROI analyses, in coordination with the technical team.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations showcasing solution benefits and features.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring both profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and project teams to ensure seamless implementation, delivery, and post-sales support.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain technical specifications, pricing, and product availability.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for additional sales or upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in networking, IT infrastructure, and hotel automation technologies, as well as competitor activities in the UAE market.
  • Ensure all sales activities align with company policies, quality standards, and client expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in IT and networking product sales, preferably within the UAE market.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships in the hospitality or enterprise sectors.
  • Strong technical knowledge of networking technologies (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and security protocols) and IT infrastructure components such as servers, storage, switches, routers, Wi-Fi systems, and PABX/IP telephony solutions.
  • Experience selling to hotels, resorts, or large organizations is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with networking brands such as Cisco, HP, Mikrotik, and Ubiquiti.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing leads, pipelines, and client communications.
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings and industry events.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Prior experience with hotel IT systems will be an added advantage.
