Roles & Responsibilities
Smart Link Trading LLC is a growing IT solutions provider based in Dubai, offering a wide range of technology products and services including IT hardware, software solutions, networking, cloud services, and technical support. We serve both corporate and SME clients by delivering tailored technology solutions that help businesses grow and operate efficiently.
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for IT and networking solutions across hospitality, commercial, and residential projects.
- Promote and sell a full range of IT products including servers, networking equipment (switches, routers, Wi-Fi systems), and hotel communication systems (PABX, IP telephony, IPTV).
- Meet with clients, consultants, and contractors to understand their technical and operational requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and system layouts in coordination with the technical team.
- Provide professional product demonstrations and presentations highlighting the benefits and features of proposed solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for additional sales or upgrades.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain technical specifications, pricing, and product availability.
- Work closely with the project and support teams to ensure successful delivery and commissioning of IT systems.
- Maintain a strong understanding of networking infrastructure, including cabling, server configurations, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline through active prospecting, cold calling, and regular follow-ups.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Stay updated with the latest IT and networking trends, hotel automation technologies, and competitor offerings in the UAE market.
- Ensure all sales activities are carried out in line with company policies, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets within the given timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in IT networking sales within the UAE market.
- Sound knowledge of servers, storage, networking products (Cisco, HP, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti), and PABX systems.
- Previous experience with hotel IT systems will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
