Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will manage and optimize our IT infrastructure, ensure system reliability, address technical challenges, and evaluate emerging technologies that can give us a competitive edge. Above all, you will align every IT initiative with AHOY s business goals, driving efficiency, security, and innovation across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Partner with leadership to align IT strategy with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Oversee system security, data integrity, and compliance with industry best practices.
  • Respond to and resolve IT issues with speed and professionalism, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate IT service contracts.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members on IT systems and tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Requirements
    • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master s preferred).
    • 8+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
    • Strong background in IT infrastructure management, networking, and systems administration.
    • Proven experience aligning IT strategies with business goals in a growing organization.
    • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, data protection, and disaster recovery planning.
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
