Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users (onsite and remote).
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Provide support for IT systems, including Windows Server environments.
- Troubleshoot Windows Server issues (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, user access, and server performance).
- Manage and troubleshoot client connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN).
- Monitor system performance and ensure system availability.
- Support network infrastructure and resolve connectivity issues.
- Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and IT procedures.
- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and security updates.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and systems.
- Experience supporting Windows Server and client operating systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
