Roles & Responsibilities

A well established international group of companies based in Dubai is looking for a skilled IT Specialist / System Administrator to manage and support all IT operations across the group. The ideal candidate must have relevant IT qualifications and 3 to 6 years of hands on system administration experience within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day IT operations, systems, networks, and infrastructure.

  • Provide technical support to all departments and ensure smooth IT functionality.

  • Administer and maintain company software systems including ERP, HRM, CSM, and other departmental applications.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly.

  • Ensure data security, backups, and system reliability.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support and IT procurement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 3–6 years of UAE experience as a System Administrator / IT Specialist.

  • Strong knowledge of software systems (ERP / HRM / CRM, Finance & Accounting systems, etc.).

  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to support multiple companies within the group.
