• Installer, configure and deploy new workstations and basic software and ensure they work properly.
• Installation of basic software updates.
• Connecting workstations to the network.
• Testing workstations.
• Follow installation procedures.
• Keep documentation of procedures, configurations and problem resolutions up to date to facilitate future work and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Work closely with other IT teams, such as system administrators, developers, and network engineers, to solve complex problems.
• Ensure regular maintenance of computer systems to prevent breakdowns.
• Use ticketing systems to track support requests, prioritize problems and ensure timely resolution and resolve support requests efficiently.
• Contribution to Computer Security.
• Implementing security tools at the workstation level.
• Detection and elimination of viruses.
• Implement protection measures and make users aware of security practices.
• Provide basic training to users to help them better understand computer systems and avoid certain common problems.
• Participation in the monitoring and implementation of preventive tests.
• Respond to user support requests, solve computer problems and provide technical advice.
• Diagnose and solve computer problems, whether related to software, hardware, networks or other IT infrastructures. This may include repairing or replacing faulty hardware, configuring software.

Diploma: Engineer or Master in computer science.

Experience in a similar position.
