Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Looking for an IT Support Engineer with strong troubleshooting skills and basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Azure to manage daily IT operations and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network issues

  • Manage user accounts (Active Directory & Azure AD)

  • Support basic Microsoft Azure services (VMs, storage)

  • Install and configure systems, applications, and devices

  • Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN issues

  • Support Microsoft 365 / Office 365

Desired Candidate Profile

  • IT Support & Troubleshooting

  • Microsoft Azure (basic to intermediate)

  • Windows OS / Windows Server

  • Azure Active Directory (AAD)

  • Networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)

  • Microsoft 365

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of IT support experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure environment

  • Diploma/Degree in IT or related field
