Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Looking for an IT Support Engineer with strong troubleshooting skills and basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Azure to manage daily IT operations and user support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
Manage user accounts (Active Directory & Azure AD)
Support basic Microsoft Azure services (VMs, storage)
Install and configure systems, applications, and devices
Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN issues
Support Microsoft 365 / Office 365
Desired Candidate Profile
IT Support & Troubleshooting
Microsoft Azure (basic to intermediate)
Windows OS / Windows Server
Azure Active Directory (AAD)
Networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
Microsoft 365
Requirements:
3+ years of IT support experience
Experience with Microsoft Azure environment
Diploma/Degree in IT or related field
