Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide end-user IT support, maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals, and manage workplace technology including access control, CCTV, and AV systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and software.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

  • Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and user account administration.

  • Support access control systems, CCTV, and audiovisual setups, including boardroom automation.

  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and IT asset tracking.

  • Maintain IT documentation and ensure compliance with security policies.

User Assistance

  • Respond to and resolve user support requests via phone, email, chat, or in person.

  • Educate users on best practices, IT policies, and safe computing.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities (account creation, access permissions, device provisioning).

Work Environment

  • Office-based role with occasional remote troubleshooting.

  • May require on-call availability and after-hours support.

  • Physical work may involve moving or setting up IT equipment

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 4+ years of desktop/IT support experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, basic networking.

  • Familiarity with IT security tools (antivirus, encryption, endpoint protection).

  • Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

  • Familiarity with access control, CCTV systems, and AV/boardroom technologies.

  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
