Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide daily end-user and infrastructure support across all Market Securities offices.
Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams and SharePoint Online.
Handle endpoint management, device onboarding/offboarding, and user provisioning in Active Directory/Entra ID.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and applications, ensuring operational stability through proactive checks and maintenance.
Perform morning checks, routine health monitoring, and follow up on system alerts or issues.
Address and resolve user issues via the IT ticketing system (Freshservice), following ITSM procedures.
Conduct troubleshooting for remote offices and ensure consistent global support coverage.
Manage and monitor Trend Micro Cloud endpoint security, ensuring protection, updates, and compliance across all user devices.
Document recurring issues, create and update knowledge-base articles and technical documentation, and contribute to process improvement.
Participate in shift-based coverage to support global operations across different time zones.
Collaborate closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor teams to ensure compliance and a secure IT environment.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, providing clear communication and customeroriented support to end users.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, and Entra ID.
Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Exchange Online.
Experience managing endpoint protection platforms such as Trend Micro Cloud One / Vision One.
Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear step-by-step guidance.
Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proactive and structured approach to daily monitoring, issue tracking, and escalation.
Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts to support different regional time zones.
Prior experience supporting users or systems within a financial services, brokerage, or trading operations environment will be considered a strong advantage.
