IT support engineer

Our client is seeking an IT Support personnel who is responsible for monitoring and maintaining computer systems within the office environment. This includes installing and configuring hardware and software, as well as troubleshooting technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners

• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks

• Respond promptly to service issues and support requests

• Provide technical assistance across the office, either in person or remotely

• Repair and replace equipment as required

• Test and evaluate new technology

• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software faults

• Analyze logs and records to identify trends and potential problems

• Support the deployment of new solutions or applications

• Set up accounts for new users and assist with password or login issues

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Computer Science or related field

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar IT support role

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient communication in English; Arabic is an added advantage

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Collaborative team player

• Capable of preparing technical reports
