Job Location : UAE & KSA

To provide IT support across UAE and KSA, with a strong focus on network administration, Active Directory, basic firewall configuration, and server maintenance. The role involves managing and troubleshooting networks, servers, and user systems across multiple UAE & KSA client sites to ensure smooth and secure IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

-Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT and Network support for users in both Arabic and English.
-Configure and maintain LAN/WAN networks, switches, and wireless access points.
-Manage Active Directory (AD) users, groups, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
-Handle DHCP, DNS, and IP addressing for multi-site networks.
-Perform server administration (Windows Server 2019/2022/2025): user permissions, file sharing, and backups.
-Troubleshoot issues related to NAS storage, printers, and NVR systems.
-Provide end-user support for Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
-Manage user accounts and mailboxes in the Microsoft 365 Admin
-Center and Exchange Admin Center including new user creation, license assignment, and email configuration.
-Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for escalated issues and new implementations.
-Maintain accurate network documentation, IP records, and asset lists.

Required Skills

-Strong hands-on knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS).
-Experience in configuring and troubleshooting wireless access points (APs) including SSID setup and VLAN assignment.
-Solid understanding of Active Directory, GPOs, and OUs.
-Sound knowledge of Kaspersky antivirus in both on-premises and cloud environments.
-Working knowledge of Acronis Backup and Cyber Protect solutions.
-Basic working knowledge of FortiGate firewalls.
-Familiar with server virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V)
-Understanding of VPN setup and remote connectivity.
-Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
-Strong customer support, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
-Ability to work independently and handle multiple client sites.

Qualifications
-Diploma / Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
-2 3 years of experience in IT support or network administration.
-Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, Fortinet NSE4, Azure 104 will be an
added advantage.
-UAE driving license is an advantage.
