Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Within our team, you will provide technical support to users and contribute to the smooth operation of the company's IT systems.
Your responsibilities
- Provide level 1 and 2 support (helpdesk, ticket management, telephone, email)
- Install, configure and maintain workstations (PCs, printers, peripherals)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network incidents
- Manage user accounts (Active Directory, email, access)
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the IT infrastructure
- Participate in the deployment of new equipment and software
- Escalate complex incidents if necessary
- Write and maintain the technical documentation
- Raising user awareness of good IT practices and computer security
Desired Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support is preferred.
Technical skills
- My proficiency with office tools (Microsoft 365, Outlook)
- Good knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi)

- Customer service orientation and focus

- Responsiveness and priority management
- Good interpersonal and teaching skills
