Process/Operational

System Development:

· Conducting ERP architecture review, creating application schemas.

· Developing background procedures, functions and process as per development methodology and standards.

· Creation of new procedures/triggers required for the implementation of business process in the current system.

· Correct errors by making appropriate changes and then rechecking the program to ensure that the desired results are produced.

· Monitoring and Tuning of database for new reports or as per requirements.

· Conduct trial runs and provide training prior to the deployment of new programs to end users.

· Database Administration.

System Support

· Actively involved in the reconciliation of any discrepancies under inventory, sales or financials ledgers.

· Installing and updating Windows and Antivirus patches for entire LAN and WAN.

· Controlling Content management system (CMS) for company website

· Follow-ups with telecom providers for any connectivity issue.

· Routine backup of Application and Network Files and restoration as per requirements.

· Monitoring and control of attendance data at all punching devices installed at different locations.

· Handling the networking for remote locations using DSL lines, routers and windows terminal services using Sonic wall VPN connectivity required for the availability of application over internet 24X7.

· Setup up presentation that includes internet access, projector and screen setup.

· Data Extraction and compilation for presentation as Soft copy.

· Purchase or renewal of all existing licenses for hardware, software and barcodes with vendors.
