Roles & Responsibilities
IT Support Officer for both L1 and L2
Address internal IT Issues
Repair customers' PCs and Laptops, Hardware and software
Attend customer premises to address IT issues and complete support tickets
Knowledge in Microsoft365 is a major plus
Previous experience in IT Support, preferably in corporate setting
