Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide first-line IT support for hotel staff and departments

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user access issues

Install, configure, and maintain PCs, printers, and other IT equipment

Support hotel systems and coordinate with vendors when needed

Monitor IT equipment and report technical issues proactively

Ensure proper follow-up on support requests and system availability

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field

Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience is mandatory

Fresh and motivated profile in terms of career growth, but with solid practical experience

Good knowledge of:

  • Windows operating systems
  • Microsoft Office and basic user support
  • Networking fundamentals
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Printers, scanners, and peripheral devices
  • Basic server and backup concepts

Ability to provide day-to-day IT support to hotel users and departments

Good communication skills

Able to work under pressure and respond quickly to operational issues

Hospitality experience is a plus, but not mandatory
