Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity problems, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks, to maintain seamless access.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the Active Directory or other relevant systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
  • Holds relevant certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), showcasing foundational knowledge.
  • Has experience in the IT industry, with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a support role, demonstrating practical application.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems, along with troubleshooting and configuration skills.
