Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues across departments.
  • Maintain computer systems, user accounts, and application programs.
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems and hotel management software.
  • Support POS systems, servers, and telecommunications equipment.
  • Monitor daily data communications, network logs, and backup processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on system usage and IT policies.
  • Ensure data security, access control, and compliance with corporate IT standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors and IT management to plan and implement upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all IT activities and troubleshooting steps.
