Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues across departments.
- Maintain computer systems, user accounts, and application programs.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and hotel management software.
- Support POS systems, servers, and telecommunications equipment.
- Monitor daily data communications, network logs, and backup processes.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on system usage and IT policies.
- Ensure data security, access control, and compliance with corporate IT standards.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT management to plan and implement upgrades.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all IT activities and troubleshooting steps.

Ideal Profile
- Technical, trade, or vocational school degree in IT or computer systems.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience, ideally within hospitality.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with network systems, user account management, and hardware maintenance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
