Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Purpose
Own Thrive's IT function. Maintain, secure, and optimise technology infrastructure across all entities. Ensure systems run smoothly, users get support quickly, and data remains protected. You are the entire IT department - with support coming as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Manage internal servers, network resources, and user access controls.
Administer software tools and SaaS platforms: Google Workspace, EMR systems, productivity tools.
Implement data protection measures: encryption, backup schedules, access logging.
Provide helpdesk support: troubleshooting, ticket resolution within SLA, user training.
Procure and maintain hardware: workstations, printers, networking equipment.
Support EMR and clinical system administration.
Document IT procedures and maintain asset inventory.
Performance Indicators
System uptime of 99.5% or higher with zero unplanned data loss.
Support tickets resolved within SLA (critical: 4 hours, standard: 24 hours).
Security compliance with zero major findings.
Positive internal feedback on IT responsiveness.
Up-to-date documentation and asset tracking.
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills & Experience
2-4 years in IT administration, system support, or network management.
Proficiency with Windows and Linux environments.
Experience with cloud platforms: Google Workspace, AWS, or Azure basics.
Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Customer service orientation.
Cultural Alignment
