Key Responsibilities

Systems & Infrastructure Management

• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Monitor and ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Identify and resolve issues, collaborating with developers and other IT teams to implement fixes.

IT Operations

• Manage daily IT operations, ensuring stable and secure performance of all IT services.
• Maintain and monitor virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Ensure optimal functioning of backup solutions (Veeam, Veritas, Comvault Data Domain).

Security & Governance

• Manage and monitor Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solutions and Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) tools.
• Implement and monitor security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and governance standard
  
  Innovation & Automation (Nice to Have)
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps for workflow and productivity automation.
• Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) to streamline IT tasks and processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 3 years of experience in system administration.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure: planning, deploying, and configuring cloud services.
• Strong hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware & Hyper-V).
• Good knowledge of enterprise backup solutions (Veeam, Veritas, Data Domain).
• Proficiency in configuring, managing & troubleshooting Windows standard domain services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with Office 365 deployment and administration.
• Exposure to Linux distributions
• Experience working with EDR and SIEM solutions.
• (Nice to have) Experience with SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• (Nice to have) Scripting and automation for IT tasks (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
