Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute complex telecom equipment commissioning, ensuring flawless integration and optimal performance of network elements.
  • Conduct thorough on-site testing and troubleshooting of telecommunications systems, including radio, microwave, and fiber optic equipment.
  • Develop and implement commissioning procedures and checklists, tailoring them to specific project requirements and equipment configurations.
  • Analyze technical documentation, schematics, and diagrams to understand system designs and identify potential commissioning challenges.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in the field.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as Fiber Optics Technician (CFOT) or equivalent, showcasing expertise in industry-recognized standards.
  • Brings a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in telecom commissioning, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system uptime.
