Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled ITSM Consultant to support a prestigious client engagement in Saudi Arabia. This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring strong expertise in ITIL 4 and ISO/IEC 20000 implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and operate IT Service Management Systems (SMS) aligned with ITIL 4 & ISO/IEC 20000
  • Assess current processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
  • Design & document ITSM processes, workflows, and policies
  • Conduct client workshops and drive process approvals
  • Develop Service Catalogs & define service ownership
  • Define and monitor KPIs for continual improvement
  • Support ISO/IEC 20000 audits (internal & external)
  • Work independently with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications:

  • B.Tech (IT) or equivalent
  • ITIL 4 Certification (Master preferred)
  • ISO/IEC 20000 Certified Implementer

Experience Required:

  • Strong hands-on ITSM experience
  • ITIL 4 practices & ISO 20000 implementation exposure
  • Process documentation, workflow design, KPI definition
  • Audit support experience
  • Excellent client communication skills
