Role: ITSM Project Manager

Employment Type: 1 year & extendable contract (Long term), outsourced

Work Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 15-30 days of notice

Required Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master s preferred).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required. Agile/Scrum Master certification highly preferred. ITIL certification is mandatory.
• 10+ years in IT project management with significant involvement in core application deployments and enterprise digital transformation.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale ERP, CRM, core banking, or industry-specific application programs.
• Advanced technical experience in:
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud models.
• Application modernization (microservices, containers, API management, middleware).
• Enterprise integration frameworks (ESB, iPaaS, API gateways).
• Data platforms (data lakes, BI tools, analytics, AI/ML enablement).
• DevOps practices (continuous integration, automated testing, continuous delivery).
• Strong exposure to cybersecurity controls, disaster recovery planning, and enterprise performance optimization.
• Should have strong experience in deployment and implementation, as well as hands-on involvement in client-facing projects
