Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code while adhering to industry best practices.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic seamlessly.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and ensure scalability under high loads.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a strong academic background.
- Proven experience of 3+ years in Java development within a dynamic software environment.
- Certifications in Java (such as Oracle Certified Professional) to validate technical expertise.
- Demonstrated work experience in Agile methodologies, with a preference for candidates familiar with Scrum.
