Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 2–3 years of proper experience in jewellery sales, strong customer-handling skills, and in-depth knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist clients in selecting jewellery based on their needs and preferences.
• Explain product features, purity, weight, and pricing clearly.
• Maintain product displays, counters, and overall showroom cleanliness.
• Handle sales transactions, billing, and customer documentation.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and showroom standards.
• Manage inventory, stock counting, and movement of jewellery items.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in jewellery sales (gold/diamonds).
• Strong knowledge of jewellery products, karats, making charges, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
