  8. Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-first approach at all times

Requirements
  1. Previous experience in customer service, support, or a client-facing role is an advantage
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  3. Good problem-solving and organizational abilities
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  6. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
