Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, or other digital communication channels
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to customers
- Handle questions, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution
- Follow established workflows, response-time standards, and service guidelines
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes
- Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-first approach at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or a client-facing role is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working independently or within a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems or customer support platforms
- Experience working remotely or with digital tools
- Knowledge of customer experience (CX) best practices
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
