Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organisations job architecture framework by providing data-driven insights, conducting job evaluations, and supporting architecture-related projects. Act as a liaison between the Job Architecture team and HR Business Partners (HRBPs), ensuring consistent application of job design principles and governance standards.
In this role you will:
- Support the design and implementation of job families, levels, and grading structures to ensure alignment with organisational strategy and talent needs.
- Perform job evaluations using recognised methodologies (e.g., Korn Ferry, Mercer) and assist in the creation and review of job descriptions.
- Analyse job-related data, generate reports and dashboards, and provide insights to support decision-making and framework effectiveness.
- Contribute to job architecture and organisation design projects, including framework updates, job mapping, and levelling initiatives.
- Act as a specialist resource for HRBPs and business units, offering guidance on job design, levelling, and grading in line with governance standards.
- Support in the development of job architecture governance processes, standards and documentation, and support internal reviews.
- Assist in the implementation and optimisation of systems and tools that support job architecture and organisational design practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
In order to be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years in job architecture, job evaluation, or organisation design.
- Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in large complex corporate organisation or as a consultant.
You'll have an edge if you have:
- Working knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Korn Ferry, Mercer).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and data visualisation tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of governance and process discipline.
