Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose: The Junior Officer - Digital Media & Visual Content is responsible for creating, curating, and managing high-quality visual and digital content to support Asyad Shipping’s brand, marketing, and communication initiatives. This role ensures all creative materials, social media content, and digital assets align with brand guidelines, enhance engagement, and strengthen the company’s presence with stakeholders.

Key Accountability

  • Visual Content CreationDevelop presentations, posters, brochures, digital assets, and event collateral in line with brand guidelines.
  • Photography & VideographyProduce photos and videos for internal and external campaigns, events, and social media.
  • Social Media SupportAssist in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms.
  • Campaign & Event SupportSupport marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and corporate events, including creative materials and logistics coordination.
  • Stakeholder CoordinationCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce creative materials and digital content.

Job Specific Skills:

  • Proficiency in design and content creation software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • Knowledge of digital media, social media management, and content planning.
  • Strong visual storytelling and creative design skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Good coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English & Arabic) is an advantage.

Frameworks & Authority:

  • Reports functionally and administratively to the CEO’s Office Manager.
  • Operates within ASYAD Shipping corporate, brand, and communication frameworks.
  • Implements approved digital media and visual content activities as directed.
  • Coordinates with internal stakeholders and external vendors within delegated authority.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field

  • 1 year of experience or fresh graduate with relevant internships in digital media, design, or content creation
