Roles & Responsibilities

Are you creative, organized, and obsessed with social media trends? We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Personnel to manage both personal branding content and company social media presence.

If you live and breathe content creation, love storytelling, and can turn ideas into engaging posts — we want you on our team!

� Key Responsibilities:

� Content Creation

  • Create engaging content for personal and company social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)

  • Develop reels, short-form videos, carousels, captions, and stories

  • Assist with content shoots (photo & video)

✂️ Editing & Production

  • Edit videos, reels, and promotional content

  • Design basic graphics and visual assets

  • Ensure consistent brand identity across platforms

� Content Planning & Calendar Management

  • Create and manage a monthly content calendar

  • Schedule posts and ensure timely publishing

  • Coordinate with team members for upcoming campaigns and launches

� Strategy & Growth

  • Monitor performance analytics

  • Suggest content improvements based on engagement insights

  • Stay updated with social media trends and platform changes


Desired Candidate Profile

✅ Qualifications:

  • Experience in content creation and video editing

  • Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms

  • Skilled in editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Creative thinker with attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills
