Handle the Bank reconciliations
Responsible for the internal control of VAT on sales, services & expenses
Check the reports of Sales Invoices &/or Returns, with Sales Orders & Weight tags, and the report provided by the security guide about the trucks in & out of Demco
Handle all the accounting transactions with assistance of the accounting manager
Prepare the lists declared to VAT
Fill info related to R6, R7 of employees per year except salaries.
Prepare the list of employees for scholarship payment as per the law
Photocopy NSSF required lists to renew the Clearance of 6 companies with follow up
Prepare Employees Taxable Benefits / Quarter + Family Allowances
Photocopy or scanning of JE S etc. required by auditors (external or internal)
Handle the filing of the department
