Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Match Purchase orders to Invoices & correctly record them in the system. Accurately allocate vendor invoice expenses to the designated intercompany.

Maintain files & documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with the company policy and accepted accounting practices.

Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices accurately and on time

Monitor customer accounts for outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments

Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies

Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations) regarding billing matters
