Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Brand Manager to support the development of our brands across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in brand development and positioning
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Manage social media content and digital marketing activities
  • Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and product launches
  • Support website content and online presence
  • Develop marketing materials, presentations, and content
  • Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams
  • Train sales teams on products and brand positioning
  • Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2 3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Creative mindset with analytical thinking abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Good command of English and Arabic

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with social media advertising and boosting tools
  • Familiarity with website content management
  • Experience in event planning and campaign execution
  • Ability to train and motivate sales teams
