Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze real estate market and business data to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Google Sheets for effective data visualization.
- Support campaign tracking and performance measurement by leveraging UTM parameters and CRM analytics.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to track KPIs and business insights for different teams.
- Ensure data integrity with rigorous backup protocols and assistance in data migration processes.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to identify data needs and translate requirements into actionable insights.
- Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives to increase efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Engineering).
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar Junior Data Analyst role.
- At least 2 years of experience working in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Close or similar platforms).
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data cleaning.
- Strong data visualization skills, including Power BI and Google Sheets dashboarding.
- Solid knowledge of UTM parameters and digital campaign tracking techniques.
- Familiarity with backup protocols (cloud/manual approaches).
- Experience with automation tools, such as Zapier, Excel Macros, or n8n, is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong critical thinking and business analysis skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with tight deadlines and shifting business priorities.
