Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Junior Document Controller, you will be part of the Document Control Department. You will support the setup, implementation, and monitoring of document management activities, ensuring that project documentation is properly registered, distributed, monitored, and archived according to company procedures, client requirements, and contractual obligations

How can you support us?

  • Support the organization and logistic analysis of the project, including the analysis of all involved entities.
  • Assist in defining the Project Document Management Process and setup of project progress calculation.
  • Control and monitor the Client Approval Process and document submissions.
  • Support in organizing and managing the Final Project Documents Handover to the Client.
  • Ensure compliance with Document Management Methodology, Procedures, and reporting requirements.


Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Management, or related field

Background: Initial experience in Document Control, Document Management, or similar administrative/project support roles, preferably within EPC, Oil & Gas, or large-scale infrastructure projects.

Languages: Fluent in English

Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of Document Management systems (e.g., EDMS, SharePoint, Aconex). Understanding of workflows, approval cycles, and reporting tools. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
