Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a candidate who will be developing CRM applications using salesforce platform.

This role will collaborate closely with analyst and technical team to ensure that the system accurately meets the defined business requirements, system performance and security requirements.

The person in this position will contribute to the growth of the company through sales strategy execution by developing CRM solutions.

The person in this position must possess proficiency in Java script, HTML, J Query Logic

What we Expect from you?
  • The job of an ERP/CRM IT Specialist is based around troubleshooting and upgrading software. As such, the ideal candidate will come in with extensive knowledge of software and coding, and a readiness to learn new programs as they are introduced and incorporated.
  • Problem-Solving Skills An ERP/CRM IT Specialist will be on call to handle any issues with the software. They will need to be able to think creatively and resolve problems to ensure the smoothest possible experience for users of the software.
  • Hands on experience in MS-Excel
