Roles & Responsibilities


Responsible for providing administrative and public relations support, with a strong focus on managing relationships with Saudi government entities and ministries. The role supports the Retail and HR teams by ensuring smooth coordination of government-related processes, employee documentation, and general administrative activities to enable efficient business operations in KSA.

Key Accountabilities

Government Relations & Public Relations

  • Act as a key point of contact between the company and Saudi government entities (e.g., Ministry of Human Resources & Social Development, GOSI, Absher, Muqeem, Jawazat, Chambers of Commerce, and other relevant authorities).

  • Support end-to-end processing of government-related transactions including visas, work permits, iqama, medical insurance, and employee registrations.

  • Collect, prepare, and submit required documentation for visas, permits, and other government services.

  • Ensure all employee visas, iqamas, medical and labor permits are valid and renewed on time.

  • Maintain updated staff records with local ministries and government platforms. • Support registration and renewal of company licenses and government portals.

  • Keep track of changes in Saudi labor laws and government regulations and escalate any risks or issues.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide general administrative support to Retail, HR and Operations teams.

  • Handle office tasks such as filing, maintaining records, preparing reports and correspondence.

  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical employee files.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation and passport handling.

  • Coordinate travel, transportation, and logistics for meetings, trainings, and events.

  • Liaise with telecom providers for line connections/disconnections and handle related issues.

  • Reconcile monthly telecom and other admin-related invoices in coordination with Finance.

  • Support health insurance additions, deletions, and renewals for employees.

  • Assist with data collection, tracking, and basic reporting.

  • Support additional ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by Management.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in administration, public relations, or government relations in KSA.

  • Basic knowledge of Saudi labor law and governmental procedures.

  • Familiarity with government systems such as Absher, Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI (preferred).

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.

  • Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
