Responsibilities

• Assist in developing design concepts and proposals for joinery and fit-out projects.
• Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to ensure design feasibility.
• Prepare detailed sketches and design drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

• Conduct site visits to measure and assess spaces for accurate design planning.
• Participate in client meetings to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to obtain quotations and select products.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all design projects.
• Maintain project documentation and organize design files for easy accessibility.
• Assist in managing project timelines to ensure timely delivery of design solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate joinery solutions seamlessly.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in interior design for innovative applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Interior Design or related field, from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of joinery techniques and interior fit-out processes.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently under deadline pressure.
• Demonstrated creativity and attention to detail in previous design projects.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies.
