Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Tasks / Responsibilities: for illustrative purposes and not exhaustive: Analyze financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow); Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis; Research industries, competitors, and market trends; Prepare market sizing and growth analyses; Support due diligence processes (financial, commercial, operational); Prepare investment memos and reports; Build PowerPoint presentations for clients or investment committees; Assist in M&A analysis and deal structuring; Support data room preparation and analysis; Participate in client meetings and internal project discussions.
Workload/Location: Full-time Riyadh (Saudi Arabia)
Start-date: Immediate need, end 2026, with strong potential for extension 2027
Desired Candidate Profile
Requisites: 2 5 years experience Investment Analysis; Corporate finance fundamentals; Financial modeling (Excel advanced); Strong quantitative analysis; Market and Industry research skills; PowerPoint storytelling; Being available in Riyadh full-time
