Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, barcode scanners, and other end-user devices.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues in a timely manner.

Perform desktop support tasks, including system installation, configuration, upgrades, and replacements.

Support basic network connectivity issues, including LAN, IP configuration, and network access troubleshooting.

Execute network cable tracing, punching, and crimping (RJ45) as part of structured cabling support. Log, track, and close IT incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system in accordance with SLA.

Provide on-site IT support to laboratory staff while minimizing operational downtime

Desired Candidate Profile

a) Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

b) Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field
