Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute account activity plans aligned with business unit strategy to achieve volume and margin targets.

Deliver annual sales and P&L targets through effective customer business planning.

Lead the implementation of commercial strategies with key retail partners.

Own the annual agreement negotiation process with assigned retailers.

Manage promotional budgets and ensure effective execution of trade agreements.

Analyze customer performance and identify growth opportunities for Arla brands.

Build compelling conceptual selling decks to position Arla as a category leader.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment.

Support Area Sales Managers and Account Sales Managers to drive outlet-level execution.

Develop joint customer category strategies and long-term partnerships.

Ensure Arla is recognized as a preferred supplier and a driver of profitable growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years of FMCG sales experience, including 2 years in account management.

Proven experience in managing business development agreements.

Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Deep understanding of market dynamics and sales trends.

Strategic thinker with a willingness to take calculated risks.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Valid UAE driving license.
