Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in configuration and deployment of network switches.
  • Support installation and commissioning of network equipment with technicians.
  • Configure and support wired and wireless access points.
  • Monitor network devices using NOC and monitoring platforms.
  • Detect, log, and report network incidents and alerts.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to senior engineers.
  • Maintain accuracy of network-related operational records as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field is recommended.

Junior-level experience or strong foundational knowledge in networking.

Familiarity with switch configuration and basic network concepts.

Experience in HPE, Aruba is highly desirable.

Exposure to wireless networks and access point deployments.

Basic experience using network monitoring tools.
