Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing project schedules using software tools like MS Project or Primavera, ensuring all tasks are logically sequenced and timelines are realistic.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying any potential delays or variances from the plan and proposing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate planning and reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation regarding project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing updates on scheduling and planning issues, and contributing to problem-solving discussions.
  • Foster effective communication between various project teams to ensure alignment on planning objectives and deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is essential.

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in project planning or scheduling, preferably within the construction industry.

  • Familiarity with planning software like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is highly preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to analyze schedules and identify discrepancies.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
