Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of facilities, equipment, and processes to identify potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement safety programs and policies that promote a culture of safety within the organization and reduce workplace incidents.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans, ensuring clear communication with management and staff.
- Provide training and resources to employees on safety practices, emergency procedures, and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field is required.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST) are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in workplace safety, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industry.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety management systems, and risk assessment techniques is essential.
