Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs, enabling tailored sales strategies.
- Assist in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations that highlight product benefits and address client pain points.
- Manage client interactions through follow-up calls and emails, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and maintaining strong relationships.
- Support senior sales executives by tracking leads in CRM systems, ensuring accurate documentation of sales activities and client communications.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, providing a foundational understanding of sales principles.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service, demonstrating practical skills in client engagement.
- Experience in the tech or retail industry is preferred, equipping candidates with sector-specific knowledge.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to effectively manage leads and sales processes.
