Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with travel suppliers and vendors for beneficial agreements.
  • Ensure travel documents, such as visas and passports, are valid and up to date.

  • Assist in monitoring travel budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness in plans.
  • Keep up-to-date records of travel expenses and related documentation.
  • Prepare travel reports and summaries for management or client review.
  • Stay updated with the latest travel advisories, restrictions, and safety requirements.
  • Support senior coordinators with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification is a plus.
  • Strong interest and passion for the travel and hospitality industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage time efficiently under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills for client and supplier interactions.
  • Proficiency in using travel reservation systems and office software applications.
  • Previous experience in travel coordination or a related field is advantageous.
