Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Act as the key account’s hospitality customer excellence specialist.

  2. Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and protect brand standards.

  3. Maintain and optimize OTA listings to maximize visibility, accuracy, and conversion.

  4. Coordinate and manage a team of housekeepers to deliver the highest service quality.

  5. Lead initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  6. Use AI assistants for drafting replies, translations, summaries, and research.

  7. Work with templates and structured prompts and contribute to improvements.

  8. Ensure data compliance and escalate complex cases when needed.

  9. Track performance indicators (response time, resolution time, quality metrics).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en hôtellerie (relations clients, réception, gestion OTA, location courte durée ou domaine similaire).

  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.

  • Forte orientation service client (réactivité, empathie, précision).

  • Expérience dans la gestion des annonces OTA (qualité du contenu, mises à jour tarifaires, optimisation).

  • Solides compétences en coordination avec des prestataires externes.

  • Haut niveau d’exigence professionnelle et grande attention aux détails.

  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à identifier les situations nécessitant une escalade.

  • Excellente organisation et structuration du travail.

  • À l’aise avec les outils digitaux et les assistants IA.

  • Engagement fort en matière de confidentialité et de protection des données.

  • Français : C1/C2 (maîtrise quasi native).

  • Anglais : C1/C2 (maîtrise quasi native).
