Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop assigned key accounts to ensure long-term partnership
  • Identify opportunities to expand and grow existing accounts
  • Monitor account financial performance (P&L, margins, cost structures)
  • Ensure commercial agreements align with profitability targets
  • Coordinate closely with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams
  • Build strong senior-level client relationships
  • Ensure financial and commercial processes are properly managed
  • Address escalations and resolve client issues proactively
  • Support strategic planning for account growth
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and commercial standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
  • 8-10+ years of relevant experience in Key Account Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or
  • Managed Services or any related field.
  • Experience managing large, well-known corporate accounts
  • Strong exposure to sectors with high procurement volumes (e.g., Facilities Management, Industrial,
  • Large Corporations)
  • Experience handling financial performance and commercial negotiations
  • Fluent English (written & spoken)
  • Strong field presence (client-facing role - 80% field-based)
  • Experience working with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365)
